In consideration of my entry and participation, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, understand and permit Irving Materials, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, assigns, and successors (collectively, “IMI”) to photograph, video and/or audio record me while I am on IMI’s property and/or at an IMI sponsored event, activity, or engagement (collectively, “Visuals”). I hereby grant IMI the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free right to use, copy, create derivative works from, transmit, broadcast, distribute, display, perform, present, and edit the Visuals, in complete or partial form, and to use my image, voice, likeness, distinctive appearance, gestures, name, mannerisms, and biographical information (collectively “Publicity Rights”), as determined by IMI in its sole discretion including, without limitation, in connection with promotional activities and materials (collectively, “Materials”) in any medium or format now known or hereinafter discovered or developed, throughout the world, without any additional consideration, notice to, or consent by me or any third party. IMI is under no obligation to identify me in the Materials or when my Publicity Rights are otherwise utilized by IMI.

I understand that I have no right of approval or inspection over the creation, development, manufacture, modification, alteration, promotion, distribution, broadcasting, display, use, exploitation or sale of the Visuals or Materials, in whole or in part. I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless IMI from any and all liability arising out of the exercise of its rights described in this Media Release.

I understand that IMI is under no obligation to exercise any or all of the rights, licenses, or privileges herein granted. I certify and represent that I am of full legal age and have the right to enter into this Media Release or have otherwise secured parental consent in connection with the same. I have read and fully understand this Media Release and its contents prior to signing it, and it shall be binding upon me, my heirs, my legal representatives and my assigns.
