Purpose of Position: To manage the process by which imi establishes, grows and develops relationships with potential and/ or existing customers in order to increase company sales and growth. Key Responsibilities: • To develop, manage and direct the sales team and related marketing activities within the region develops proposed sales volume and selling expense budgets and forecasts for the region • Confers with the sales representatives to develop sales objectives for market areas and recommends pricing strategies and promotional programs for key customers introduces new and existing customers to new product lines to promote growth of market share • Tracks planned and negotiated projects. Also responsible for identifying, working with and tracking projects in the early stage of development. • Forecasts short and long term sales volumes.
