Labor Apprenticeship Program
New employees are enrolled in the Indiana Laborers Training Program as an Apprentice. The Laborers’ Apprenticeship Program is a three year program that includes a minimum of 4,000 hours of on-the-job (OJT) training and 432 classroom hours (11 weeks) in order to become a journey worker.
As a Union Signatory Contractor, entry level positions are with the Indiana Laborers Union and include health and welfare benefits as well as retirement benefits.
